Service Delivery and Shipping

Quiz.doxaed is a digital, web-based service. Nothing physical is sold or shipped. This page sets out how the service is delivered to you and what to do if access does not work as expected.

1. What we deliver

You receive online access to the Quiz.doxaed service at quiz.doxaed.com. The service includes:

• The ability to create and host live multiple-choice quizzes;
• The ability to host any of 21 Visible Thinking Routines;
• Image upload on questions, the drawing canvas, the staged-reveal Zoom In routine, unlimited participants, AI question generation, and indefinite history retention, all included at no cost.

There are no physical goods, no downloads, no DVDs, no shipped items.

2. Delivery time

Access is granted immediately upon successful sign-up, with every feature already switched on. You can host your first quiz within seconds of creating an account. There is no payment step, no waiting for a confirmation, and nothing to unlock.

3. Where the service is available

Quiz.doxaed is available worldwide, anywhere the internet works. The hosting infrastructure is in India. No payment processing is involved: the service is free and we collect no payments.

4. If something doesn't work

If a feature is not available on your account, contact us at doxaedofficial@gmail.com with your username and the page or feature in question, and we will put it right.
